    Trimac Transportation has a terminal as far west as Los Angeles. They run coast to coast and their Elite Fleet drivers make over $100K per year. You will need hazmat endorsement.

    Danny Herman Trucking is dry van. I've seen only one post concerning pay and the driver said he makes over a thousand a week. I think he said he lives in Phoenix. Don't know enough about the company to recommend or not recommend.
