Most CDL schools are gonna be shut down. If you're still working right now. Save that money up while we wait. That's what I'm doing.

 

Schneider National will Pay you and train you out in Charlotte, NC for their apprenticeship program you’ll also have no contract. I don’t know if it’s still going on but that’s the route I took a year ago over the bad rep these driving schools have in my area ! too many students 1 instructor no time behind the wheel.

 

FFE in Lancaster, Tx will pay you $250 after you complete their 22 day course. Actually it usually goes quicker than that. Then you go out with a trainer for $525/wk for 6 weeks. Then you wait for a truck. I waited 2 weeks. Right now they pay nothing for waiting. Used to pay $325/wk to wait before the Wu Han virus. It may come back when everything reopens.

 

How you liking it so far for them? What are you running, OTR, Regional???

 

Running linehaul. Hook and drop terminal to terminal. All no touch. Liking it just fine. Gotta head to Illinois from CA right now.
