I am not a newbe but my wife wants to bump her class B up to an A and we drive team together. Does anyone know of a company where we can drive together and bring our 2 yr old along with us? Getting home wouldn't be a problem if we're already together. Tall order I know but maybe there is an Oz.

Prime appears to, as does Mesilla Valley.

Not sure they were aware of the extra bodies on board. But, they were there.

I know Prime does but I wouldn't go there if I were you. Just ask recruiters or drivers you see riding with spouse plus little ones.

I believe crete allows 4 year olds. About as good as you will do. Most are like 10 years old

Thanks for the info. I'll look into them. The best I had found so far had been about 5 yrs old. Safe journies to you all!:biggrin_2554:

I'm surprised to hear any companies out there allow children to ride along!

I wouldn't think that would be very desirable for anyone to have a child on board though...because kids cannot sit in carseats day after day all day and even halfway enjoy it. I know all of my kids had their limits.

The Acklie group of Shaffer, Crete, Hunt. I believe if your spouse is riding along too then you can bring a toddler. Shaffer is a reefer out fit, Crete is dry van and Hunt is flatbed.
My information is about 8 years old though ( I worked for Shaffer for a bit) so you should definitely contact them and ask the recruiter to get the current guidelines.

I also worked for Shaffer a bit about 12 yrs ago. Not impressed and it took me two years and a lawyer to get money they owed me. Thanks but i'll look elsewhere.:biggrin_2558:
