Yeah I tried that with the mini they can only see as much data as I can. Its marketed as a temporary travel solution not an every day device so it’s recording is limited. Which is useless for us as we are required to have a year.
Airsense 10 has been great though no complaints there.

To be honest we our company does not offer any home sleep tests. I can tell you I do see a lot of home sleep tests come from providers and most insurances cover them (if your deductible has been met) I think that if you do not have insurance, or do not want to go through insurance they are a great idea. For $150 you can get a sleep study and if I understand it correctly a prescription for a Cpap and supplies. Only drawback is if you are having pressure issues or something how easy is it to get them to write another rx?
As far as Inspire goes I have read up on it a bit because we do get PTs who ask about it. From what I understand the device gets implanted but not "activated" for 30-60 days to allow for time to heal. Once its activated then you can use it. The idea of it that instead of forcing air into you, it gives the muscles in your airway a gentle "shock" to make them open. It does it throughout the night. What I do not know about is how they monitor it to make sure its working , how long it will last, etc -

I knew it had FDA approval. We do not deal with VA but we do deal with Active Duty and Retired via Tricare. VA is very difficult to deal with to be honest LOL.
