Yup pretty much.
But when they have power over your livelihood only choice is to say yes master.
No provision on the books that I know of but it is up to doctor discretion which makes it a pain to deal with.
Every doctor wanted something different ranging from 3 months to a full year of data to give me a card when I first got diagnosed with it. There was no set mandated standard.

 

You can print the reports yourself right off your SD card take into your physical. These frigging places want to charge $$$ money just to print a report. Both my Cpap’s one at home and the one in the truck I use the app via Bluetooth and reports for both machines show up. I get doctors and holding your living over your head.

 

BTW, you can buy all filters, face masks ect online cheaper if you don’t have insurance. I just buy mine online. Tax deduction because you have to have it for your job.
