    If you're CDL has gotten disqualified do you have to retake the driving course and DMV test all over again

    No not in North Carolina. I got a hit and run (struck stable object and didnt report it) in 2017 1 year suspension. Got my CDL reinstated last month only had to pay $138.00 no test no nothing.

    I received a letter from DMV and they said pay$220 and pay application test fees is that the paper I have to fill out so I can get reinstated
