Companies who would hire with a recent accident on my driving record

It was in Warrington, Missouri on i - 70 the other car was totalled. I got ticket for illegal lane change. No fatalities, and no injuries. Also trucking Co. I worked for kept my pay for damages to the their truck from accident, are they allowed to do that?
They are insured.

 

As far as their keeping your money to pay for damages...what does your contract with them say?

 

I do Touring for concerts and i to had an accident in the off season in April of 23, of touring and looking to move to another company in the same Touring group and also finding it hard to get a job and it is the one an only one i had in my whole life of driving and wasn't ticketed nor was anyone hurt the other car was towed away.
