I feel the same way; I’m just providing info and my experience, someone else could easily experience it differently.

I’m Kraft dedicated at kllm, mostly running to and from Ohio; I used to be on a cross-country account but it’s been affected by the slowdown.

idk, that’s what they told us; most other otr drivers I’ve spoken too tho seem pretty happy atm with their miles. It might’ve just been some of our dedicated accts that were losing loads to the spot market.

Kraft and Tyson are our largest dedicated fleets and our contracts seem to ensure we get our fill of loads from them; but this particular sub fleet I joined seems more focused on covering loads. I ran into another driver on it and he claimed to avg about 1500mi a week and always got the minimum guarantee.

My compnay has a weekly min guarantee. However you have to be available 5 days a week to qualify. Most of these people complianing about getting screwed probably didn't qualify for their guarantee but instead of admitting that they'd rather ##### and moan.

However you work your 5 days and we're home on the weekends you get the min. Hit a certain milage range that week and you get mileage pay for said miles over that level plus the min. Hit a threshold they have set up and you get an extra 250 on top of the min. Get hung up and cant get home till Saturday, or some of our guys leave out on Sunday. Or we have one guy that just chooses to stay out. Then weekend miles are automatically mileage plus that min pay. Anyone saying their company takes money to cover guarantees needs to park that #### truck right now. No comapny I've had guarantees at ever took money out of my check. I either got it or I didin't and if I didn't I usually knew why.

Could you please tell me the name of this company? Being available 5 days a week is pretty easy when you live in the truck.

I always see them headed east across I-70(IL/IN/OH) as well as going up I-57(IL).
