Big companies= big class. But from what iv seen most in the class don't last. I know after my CDL class I went with a large flat bed company an we started off with 26 pep but when It came time to get our truck there was only 8 of us. I stayed in touch with them but after 6 months there was only 2 of us left. The smaller companys don't have the time or money to weed out the bad ones so they do a better back ground check. I drove for dot food back in 07 an we had a class size of 4. If you don't mine unloading your truck they were really good to me. An the company I'm with now I was the only one in the class. The thing I love the best about the smaller corp is you don't hear all of the complaning an b\s that some pep bring to the table. But with the larger comp you have better trucks and trust me that means a lot lol. If you want a smaller class\company start looking at trucks you pass on the road an see in truck stops then look at the truck job books you get at the truck stop to see if they have adds in them. If you can't find an add for that company then they may be what your looking for. So you can google them an find out more info.

    Maybe that helped

    bbone Thanks this.
