    No need to keep receipts,just keep track of days out x$48,and subtract from gross wages on tax return.pay tax on balance.

    Full days out are 80% of $59
    Partial days - to/from home of domicile are 75% of $59

    If you take Per Diem from your company keep track of the above. Then from the total subtract what the company has taken out, what is left is what you still can claim.
