Remember your MVR is more important than anything the company tells you. Refuse to run illegal, play it safe, and wake up to your alarm every day with a coffee and a good attitude. Have boundaries but also be reasonable. Customer service goes a long way. I bought my dispatchers those one chip challenge things last week.
