I did report to the CA labor board. Still no word about anything with them. Thank you for advice though much appreciated.

I’d rather not give names of companies. The load was into California.
It was not just in time as it had 12:01am to 11:59pm delivery time.
I think it was brokered. I work for X company and they haul X company trailers. Idk much more than that sorry.

Yeah as Siinman said, document everything and write down what happened (use double spacing between paragraphs) like you did here and email it to every email address you have for the company.

Also, start looking for a new job because sooner or later you’ll really be late and then what.

    austinmike and Siinman Thank this.

Michael B##### in Van Nuys I would give him a call. All you have to save is your money.

Check this out Wage Payment and Collection according to this, your authorization would have had to have been provided after the cause (i.e. arriving late) and before the deduction is made. So, if either of those, before or after are not true, then there could be something you can file in Wisconsin, a wage claim to get your money back. All $1,055.00 of it or possibly even up to twice that amount.

not familiar with your countries labour laws but illegal in Canada to deduct fines/penalties ...not that companies wont give it a go to fatten their wallets. Employees should never go broke working for employer..that is the job of owner operator:)

"trans flow" + "reefer" + "issac"

Cool Fact: I can closely describe the owner of your company and your dispatcher with zero details.. Only certain types of companies run reefer with garbage systems like that, but if you want to surprise me say you're not a SAP driver
