Company Driver Load Boards

I don't know of any. As a company driver you belong to them.

 

Wasn't USA Truck offering this after being with the company for a certain period of time?

 

Swift has a macro that will offer you up to 3 loads to choose from. You can select one or try an hour later to see if different loads come up.

The load offerings are offered based on your available hours and where in the pay cycle you are to optimize your income for the week.

You can also hack the system by using your hometime request. You can request hometime anywhere to move you in a particular direction. But don't abuse it.

I've never heard of a self-dispatched company driver. If you prove yourself to your dispatcher, they might take your preference into consideration. Most days, I get to take my pick of the available loads. Other days, they need a load covered that I really don't want and I just suck it up. I end up with far more good days than bad.
