Company offered refresher courses

I have 12 years experience in a truck but, haven't driven for 10 years. Wanted to know if anyone knows of any companys that offer a refresher course. The only company I've found so far is Central but, I have a simple assault charge from about 4 1/2 years ago and they said they can't help me until it hits the 5 year mark. I hate the thought of paying 4,000 to go through school when I already have a CDL. Any help would be gratefully appreciated.
