Company Paid Training and Work Contract Programs

I thought it'd be helpful to have a thread solely for the CDL training programs that are paid by companies, and include a work contract afterwards.

Whatever disadvantages, the advantages are no upfront costs for the CDL training, immediate income for as long as the contract period, and experience for as long as the contract is for.
