Company-paid training versus companies that reimburse tuition

    Is there is any difference? Wouldn't the driver be considered as sort of an "indentured servant" either way or is the driver paying for their own schooling and then having the company reimburse their tuition seen differently for some reason? :scratch: DH is paying his own tuition in order that he may have more employment options upon receiving his CDL, but he noted that some offer tuition reimbursement upon employment, however, he doesn't want to go that route if it leads to working for a bad company in the end.

    Company training you have to sign a yr contract reimbursemnet you still have to be at one company a good yr before you get the full reimbursement back so you do the math.No matter what company you choose,you should stay there a good yr to get the exp.
