Ahhh, the old “unconstitutional” argument. Please help clear up any confusion, and list the exact articles of the Constitution that the US or State Government is violating when enacting laws requiring workplaces to pay their workers a fair and sustainable wage. I realize many constitutional law professors moonlight as truck drivers, so I’m sure your response will be clear and concise. Thank you.
