Company refusal to Pay Final Settlement

Why did you lease onto a company that needed a $4500 reserve account little steeep don't you think

 

Do you have nay equipment you need to return (qualcom, drugtest kits, log books etc.)? Sounds like they are trying to scam you. Do you have the bosses number?

 

Let some one else call them and get them from a different number. When they answer, they can hand the phone to you and you can ask why they have been avoiding you. Then tell them that they have 24 hours to deposit the money or they will be contacted by a lawyer.

 

If you get a lawyer and it goes to court when the judgment for $4500 is issued in his favor it will be $4500 PLUS his lawyers fee's and everything else so no in turn it wont eat up any of that 4500...

 

I've heard this story too many times since I've been driving,sorry to hear it again.
This industry is populated with some of the lowest caliber people I have ever met in my life.
Hope you can't work it out and get your money returned.
( I'd say get some legal advice right away,lawyers love to battle )
