Company Schools vs Private Schools

As someone who had done some on the road training, GO TO A PRIVATE SCHOOL. Get a loan, beg, borrow, steal, do what ever you can to avoid company training. I saw a HUGE difference in driving skill between company trained drivers and private school drivers. It isn't worth it to spend time at a company school to get sub-par training and still owe them time/money.
