Anyone know of a web site that has a side by side comparison of pay, benefits, etc especially for drivers fresh out of school?? Seems like there should be one somewhere.... Thanks!

The thing to remember with doing that is that the information may be old. One site I found shows the pay scale from 2yrs ago. So that may be good for generalized info unless it's the companies site.

As far as OTR straight out of school the highest mileage pay I've ever seen is .39 per mile plus .03 bonus for single trips under 500 miles and .06 if under 250. That's Tyson's private fleet.

If you manage to start in LTL I believe Old Dominion starts at .48?
