I can't afford to pay for training Asphalt Cowboy. How would I go about getting training?

Neither can I, I am looking at a number of company sponsored programs. I am looking at the school Celadon offers as well as MTC in missouri. MTC says they work with a number of companies who will front tuition in exchange for "xx" amount of time in one of their trucks. Just like all the others as well.

The school Celadon is offering looks top notch but you's have to team drive for 120,000 miles before going solo....about a year it seems, they say 6-8 months, but everyone is guessing a year or so. I know Team Driving is required with all carriers during your training period, I'm just not sure I'd like to team drive after that....

But I've also looked into Central Refrigerated, Prime and Roehl. I'm waiting to hear back from them, and There are a ton of others....google is your friend, its been mine. Stay away from CR England, I have no first hand knowledge of them, but everyone on this board seems to think Cr England is the absolute worst way to go.
