Company Sponsored training that requires you to have your state permit

Hello,

I know that XPO/Conway and Celadon require you to have your state permit but what other company sponsored training requires the same?

I am not going to surrender my MA drivers license for a permit in any state. The transfer rules here are almost punishing for those not attending a school here.
