Company that allows 3 or more years since dui

    To answer your question. No I don't know any companies that accepts someone with a DWI less then 3yrs old. You probably will not find a company like this unless it is someone flying under the radar on purpose.

    Most if not all companies might accept someone with a DWI 5 yrs or older. Anything newer is usually kicked back by the insurance company because of it's risk of letting a former DWI offender in a commercial vehicle. If you don't understand, go sit at your local courthouse for a week and you might understand.

    truckmancincy I heard Prime Inc. only has a 3 year waiting period... I don't know if it's true. I also read on another post that team drivers can sometimes get leniency when one of them has a good record? I don't know cuz I am trying to get into trucking but maybe someone else can answer about that?
