It's an enforceable contract, 100% legit.
However you may get yourself black listed. So you have to ask if it's worth that.
They will discover and ask for the money back. Not to mention somebody just lost their job probably.

OK, how can they ask for money back on a completed trip? Will he also have to drive his truck backwards from Forest Park GA to Waco TX also to reverse this deal?
