Con-way drivers... needing to get the hazmat and passports within 120 days????

Hey guys... I just sent an email to the recruiters at Conway truckload as me and my brother think we want to team there. I am curious about seeing that we need to get our hazmat within 120 days... Are they strict about that stuff? Reason I ask is I may have some issues with the passport as my old child support cases have an arrearage over the $2500 limit that may hold me up for a bit. These cases are closed and old and all my payments are current and have been for over 2 years. I do not know if I am on the passport denial list or not but I may be and I also know i may be able to get that removed but I am sure it may take time. Any help in advance would be great...Thanks
