Nope.. I'll be lucky to hit 70k. I'm very happy with my actual money per hour worked though. I have the 40 hour rule so I'm a pretty happy man.. thanks for asking..

Got the title for the new truck this week so no more dock time for me..
.. Back to 7 and skate man.. vehicle titles are nice..lol..

Hope all is well for you out west man..

Oh yes you work your tail off. You abuse your body everyday if you are on the dock for outbound. You wear out the toes of your boots about every 3-6 months. You wind up getting smacked in the nuts by the dock plate bar at least once every 6-8 months. dont matter what you do to avoid it, theres always going to be that one plate that whips back at you.

Anything with hazmat is a BIG deal at conway. you puncture a bucket or drum, instant writeup. Even if you didnt load or move it. If you scanned it on your at fault period. You have a accident with it, your history. I got lucky my very last day I was there, I was unstacking a 1000 gal tanks of hazmat and it started sloshing and fell off the forks from 5 ft in the air and slammed into the floor on its side. Luckily the shipper had the lid on tight otherwise it would have been a termination instead of just quitting.

    paul_4lp Thanks this.

i have yet to figure out why conway is the exception to all the other LTL companies. ALL conway drivers work the dock whether P&D or Line haul unless the p&D route takes a full 8 hours. thats the only exception ive seen for not working the dock.
