Con-way in Colorado

I tried doing an earlier thread about Conway in Colorado Springs, Co. but was not to successful, so I am going to try this again, but just not so generalized to one town in Colorado. I am moving to Colorado in August (2014) and was wondering if anyone was currently working at a Conway terminal in Colorado (COS, Denver, Grand Junction, ect..) could give me a little info about hiring on as a city driver. I am originally from the COS so I am pretty familiar with the area, and also have over 13 years of driving experience which 7 years being a city or local driver.

With that being said just wondering what to expect with starting pay, is there OT after 40 hours or 45 hours like Saia? Is it a monday thur friday work schedule? Once hired on do you start out as a causal driver and work your way up, or will you have a steady schedule? Any other info would be helpful. Thanks
