Current 10-Q states:

ITEM 1A. RISK FACTORS
There are no material changes to the risk factors previously disclosed in Item 1A, Risk Factors, of Con-ways 2013 Annual Report on Form 10-K.

So Con-way's doubling down on claim made that workforce and subsidiaries are all non-union just the same!

Investor litigation to follow... unless 4 terminals aren't 'material'.
