Con-Way Q3 results: truckload miles down, # of o/o up, no mention of Union?!

    Current 10-Q states:

    ITEM 1A. RISK FACTORS
    There are no material changes to the risk factors previously disclosed in Item 1A, “Risk Factors,” of Con-way’s 2013 Annual Report on Form 10-K.

    So Con-way's doubling down on claim made that workforce and subsidiaries are all non-union just the same!

    Investor litigation to follow... unless 4 terminals aren't 'material'.
