    Got a question if any might know. Saw an add on one of the job boards on line advertising Con-way is hiring teams and will guarantee them 5,000 miles of weekly pay regardless of how many miles they run. You know what they say about things that sound to good. Anyone with any scoop?

    Short answer is no...not regardless of miles ran...say u run 4k one week...and 6k the next. They pay you the 1k on the short week then take it way the next or deduct over several periods of need be...call a recruiter ...they will give it to u straight

    Well kinda think of it as a loan or advance...

    Miles have been good for us! Last 5 weeks were 7800,5000,5400 ,7400 and 2800 ...last was headed home for 5 days ...so think that a non qualified week...prob had 12 shop time down over that time and two reset of 24+ hrs (remember a team can reset used the 10 break + 24 hrs sitting...rolling reset it's called)
