Hello all..
Sorry I havent been around in a while, have been working to hard and honestly have just wanted to get in bed after shutting down. Miles have been awesome! Currently sitting in Carlisle Pa heading for Dallas. This load will put me at 3503 for the week. My slowest week since returning has been 2400.
To the drivers that worked here before and got stuck running the terminal to terminal runs. I dont know how much of that we are doing these days. I havent ran but a few of them. I do know our Teams do run alot of the freight loads but I think they run the ones that are over 1000 mi. Dont get me wrong we do our share of short crap but even those add up.
Hope all is well with everyone!! be safe!!

Hey greymist.. We have a 7day highlight policy. Which basicly means after your out 7days you can HL to go home. they have 7 days to get you there or they will deadhead you home. they say " you get one day for every 7 out" however they will give you the time you need and want. Im always home 3 to 4 days. I havent heard of a driver with this company who has a FM that isnt flexible.

Honestly reading this has been great. Thanks for all the information you've posted in this thread.
My wife and I are looking into team driving opportunities, and it sounds like this could be a completely viable option for us. I plan on giving Conway a call tomorrow to ask about their training program.
Best of luck and safe driving! -
BigCB - Good luck to you. We ran team 2.5 years for CFI and have just returned. First week 4900 miles, this week planned out to 6000 miles. They've always been decent to us. Miles can drop sometimes, but it's an economy thing. They're making some adjustments for a lot of teams that had dedicated runs that were cancelled, but it hasn't seemed to affect us. Be prepared for some pretty hard dispatches though. Like many say - how you act is often how you will be treated. We have an awesome FM. He can't do magic, but he treats us very well.
