    Watched Lewis and Nico take P1 and P2 in practice 2 for the Spanish grand prix. Qually in the morning, race on Sunday. Stay away from my remote!

    Got preplan, after we drop this tomorrow dh to MT Vernon,TX (probably Lowes) and head to Spring,TX for Sunday total miles 348 for the week 2240.

    Gonna have to try Moe's one of these days, dinner tonight is pork chops, bbq beans and brussels sprouts !!

    Cat on lap.

    Trying to figure out the new channel lineup.

    Gave up after 5 minutes.

    Thinkin bout goin get a homer baily bobblehead tom.....or DQ....

    Prob DQ. Closer.

    Load was good on shipper receiver maybe 20 minutes at each end. Some douche backed in my door not checking in and had to get manager to make him move. Added 10 minutes.

    Warning: Double & triple check all hazmat loads outbound of the "TBA" customer in Livermore, CA. And be absolutely certain the hazmat product is secure. The CHP scale in Livermore has a serious hard-on for that shipper (and said as much, albeit less crudely). 1st time I've had an officer ignore my cell phone photo of straps, break a seal, set up a ladder in my trailer, and climb over the (strapped) 8' tall pallets at the tail to verify that the HM drums in the nose were also secured.

    Officer gave me a verbal warning for using white duct tape on the BORDERS of my placards (which is perfectly legal as long as they don't touch the colored portion of the placard - but no sense arguing with the man with a ticket book). He also flat out told me to avoid dealing with this shipper again. Thankfully the written report said "no violations" -- would have sucked trying to fight a HM violation a week and a half before getting my own authority...

    I got so lucky and bypassed 3 open weigh stations on my way to Tucson.

    Feel like death. I think the girlfriend gave me her 24 hour stomach bug. Luckily I put a huge Styrofoam cup by the bed because I woke up, turned over and threw up into it. Took some dayquill and I'm going to see how far I can make it tonight.
