National doughnut day! Free doughnuts at dunkin' I had habanero chicken sausages.

 

went up to our truck last night to fire it up and make sure it would be ready to go today, and it wouldn't start, got a jump and it still wouldn't start right up, they said we were out of fuel, which is crazy because we have some when we parked it, so put fuel in and then it started drove over to get more fuel and the stop engine light comes on and starts beeping, turned it off and let it sit for 30 mins and then started it, still flashing so truck is now at International waiting to be checked out, this couldn't have happened at the start of our home time blah stupid pukestar

 

Still in Laredo, truck at the dealership getting slack adjuster fixed. No eta other than "this afternoon"

 

"This afternoon" eta not good. Checked in for another night.

 

Truck should be ready in AM , fuel pump & egr bad ...

had to move from Nice LaQuinta to a ratty days inn (division ave @ 360 )

sold out hotels are due to George Strait last concert tomorrow !

Staying up real late and knocking out that pm tom that they couldn't do in Joplin when they had it in there all night.

Or that's the plan anyway.

Lesson learned today:
Don't take the north loop in el paso(never took it before) when you have 47k.
Po' all those drug dealers going up that 5200 ft hill! What is that doing there anyway?

Watch out on tool reimbursements. R.S. says it never happens. They would rather pay a shop than pay for a tool. Trust me on this one.

 

Laredo International? Probaby 3 or 4 days...Thought you were going to T/A (the better choice).

Roach Coach outside of the International dealer is the best...2 monster barbacoa tacos, a soda for about 3 bucks.

 

i was at the TA when they told me I had to go to the dealership. Warranty work I guess. I check out of the room at 11 and hang in the lobby. It's more comfortable than the waiting room at the shop.
