I have a quick question about the safety bonus. I have just reached my one year with Conway and I'm wondering what I can do to qualify for the safety bonus going into my second year. Are there online modules that I can take to qualify? I was just in Joplin for the first time Friday but I missed the safety meeting due to waiting for the shop. Thanks

 

You get -1 point in the Conway fire you total.

You get your safety bonus if they don't take it away from a mud tow or claim.

Never attended a meeting or online thing.

Don't stress you'll still get paid.
