Con-Way Truckload Drivers: What's Your 20? (2014 edition)

I think the breakdown pay should be $30/ hour, and get rid of the 2-day wait for breakdown pay.

 

Picked up in Four Oaks, NC and going to Allentown, PA for tomorrow morning delivery. Highlighted to go home yesterday. 8 days away and our little bundle of joy will be in our arms to hold. I firmly believe as time gets closer, the more nervous I get. Been heavily praying that everything goes smooth. Have a good and a safe one out there.

So I call RS last night , and Lee starts giving me crap about a PO for the hotel, seems when highlighted for time off, even when its NOT you home 20 , they think you can just sleep out on the street like a bum!

Told him if they bought trucks that didnt break down all the time , I wouldnt be stranded, plus I was highlighted ..... but NOT on time off yet ...... got the PO and will double chech with my FM today

Son ##### took my big slices of pizza yesterday. Was like hey man getcha some of that pizza if you want some.....that he did.... -.- dislike it takes 10 nights to earn a free room here.

That's 3 free nights @ best western during that time!

Conway's gonna love my $800 reimbursement form for the $2 or whatever sensor.

I consider recollecting unpaid dispatch.

According to my GPS and lifetime paid miles I've been screwed 40000 paid miles last time I looked.

On a POSITIVE note *** the dealer finally said I need new batteries after the 6th request ... Still in the let's get them requests OK by Conway TL ... So maybe ready tomorrow or Friday as long as parts aren't needed to be ordered FM confirmed what RS said .... Home time request seems detail your breakdown Hotel / Reimbursement since your highlighted .... I have a PO so I think I'll just play dumb with payroll if push comes to shove they might just lose this driver ! Just had this truck in Joplin shop with dealer tech looking at in yard ... Seem everyone had their thumb's up their ### ! ( rhymes with grass)

 

Can anyone tell me if you get your cal with Conway after all done what does Conway drivers get payed
