    Rush International dealership in Idaho Falls, ID (Reno dealership couldn't have even taken a look until monday). They think it might just be a plugged crankcase filter so I'm crossing my fingers that I get out in the 4 hours they're estimating...

    Dealership needed a part that wont be in until morning. Conway denied motel request & directed shop to leave truck outside instead -- which is a locked parking lot with no facilities. How about a mint on my pillow while you're at it you ####### cheap skates?

    Request to replace blown cab shocks denied too. I'd pay money to see mr logistics attempt a controlled hard brake application on alberta's frost heaves while his cab is ocillating 4" non-stop.

    I don't mind driving an aging 13-letter #### spreader as long as you maintain it. But between this and the ######## fuel opps messages patting themselves on their backs for your not taking a heavy load uphill in the last week (congrats, your top gear score has improved!) -- I've about had it right now

    I'm with ya there bud. They wouldn't replace my cab shocks in Joplin! When I was in orientation, the guy who had been here 25+ years told us the shop would fix any complaint we had about our trucks. I guess the mindset has shifted from caring to profit, as it does with just about any public traded company. Sad really.

    Got my truck assigned! A brand new 2011 prostar+. Couldn't get the drive cam installed or the defrost fixed today. I didn't feel like sleeping in it tonight so got the company rate at the hotel.

    Yup, they turning into any other mega sadly. Use to care about us more it seemed. Now, it's just all about that bottom line. Yet, they waste so much money on programs such as fuel opps.

    Double yellow, you ain't the only one fed up with the ######## going on here. I've tried to make things work here. They know I need my medication and have worked with me up till here lately. They told me it was failed planning on my part to get my medicine lol. How can I plan on getting meds when I don't know where I'll be at? I asked them if you want me to plan to get my meds then plan me out loads 3 weeks ahead of time. Their reply, it doesn't work like that. Ignorance is bliss I tell ya. I don't care my health and life is way more important than your load. That load can wait. Yet they give me a service failure because I chose to get my medicine over delivering load. Even after I communicated this fact since Friday and tried to get it repowered and Joplin has no power. Yet I see drivers sitting around on their ### doing nothing but riding the shuttle around.

    Well I'll be headed to Washington next. Got a load from Topton to Tocoma. Starving, and have nowhere to go. This long load should give me a good amount of time to fill out that app for PepsiCo.
