Just ordered from Toppers. I must say it's some of the best pizza I thank I've ever tasted. It's better than Gusanos in Joplin.

Stone's truck stop in Watertown, SD. Fantastic cafe/diner -- a bit pricey -- but worth it. Waddled back to truck to enjoy a nice long food coma.
Debating renting a car tomorrow to check out Mt. Rushmore. Kinda far, but I'm never in SD... Probably will if they have something on the lot more fun to drive than a Camry. -
double yellow Thanks this.

Did a 10 there bobtailed to rushmore. They let you drop the trailer if you want. I was picking up at the sawmill in town. Went to aspen Colorado.

Broken trailers;
i make my last drop at Lee Fl (water) and get a message to pick up a certain trailer, it had been there about a month. Why? I find The brakes were frozen. So, call to RS. I'm getting to know these guys well. While I'm waiting I find only one other CFI trailer and guess what, left door is sagging and won't close and 2 rear clearance lights are out. I had hooked up to it and pretripped it while waiting for word on what to do about the 1st trailer. Firestone got there within 30 minutes and got her unstuck. It took longer to coordinate what needed done than it took to fix. I'm a vet, so I'm used to that!
I believe my friends, we find these problems because we leave them for each other. I'm not going to sit back and whine about it, I'm just going to do my best at not becoming part of the problem. I believe positive attitudes are infectious. Lets hope I still feel this way a year from now!paul_4lp, Roadrealtor, NotTheAverageTrucker and 3 others Thank this. -
Ah, I remember my first month... Now when they say 'we suggest picking up trailer xyz' I look for anything but...
CargoWahgo and paul_4lp Thank this. -
I usually never ever find problems with trailers. Even the ones they suggest. Maybe I'm just not as mechanically inclined, but I can count trailer problems I've had here in 21 months on 2 hands.
