Con-Way Truckload Drivers: What's Your 20? (2014 edition)

6 hours later.... I get my BOL's

 

Abt 45 mins away from North Liberty,IA to drop part of this load at Whirlpool then over to Amana for the second part, hopefully we'll get something good out of there.

 

0700 offload in Dallas took 45 min. Pick up next load was less than a mile away. Delivered you know where in Waco. Next load ain't ready till 1900. Gonna do a 10 and get it at 0300 for the 0700 delivery. I hate grave shift! I know some folks like driving at night but I'm a solar powered guy when I can be.

 

Night driving is my preference but sometimes I wanna feel "normal" and sleep at night.

 

I've had that same exact load before xD. Forgot where I picked up at after that tho.

 

I've got 15 years flying with AFSOC. I've had all the wee hours I've ever wanted! I loved the SEALs who wanted to do day and night airdrops, we never did them in that order... 0100 show times suck!

 

Went from flying to driving! Driving a real slow vehicle at that. Did it feel funny at first?
