Con-way Truckload Not what I thougth it would be. Stay off there payroll

Sounds like your unhappy, not all folks are cut out to be truckers. you can always flip hamburgers maybe?

 

It's people like you that keep the payscale in this industry in the crapper!

It is not about being a trucker, it is about getting paid fairly.

 

I have to agree with this post. Con-way Truckload is the worst company I ever worked for. I doubt it will do any good to talk to anyone, well, it never helped us any. Con-way Truckload is the only employer I have ever had leave me with the impression that they were actually evil.

 

For me wanting do drive has nothing to do with the payscale. If you do not like the pay there's always other avenues you can pursue, nobody is twisting you arm to drive.
FYI, I do care about the pay and I wish it would increase.

 

LOL! Well, I guess you got a point there, Ralphman, but I was meaning black robe wearin', scythe swingin', cauldron cookin', upside-down crucifix kinda evil. I swear my driver mgr's head could rotate a full 360 degrees! Oh, and it's sista, but I hear ya loud and clear!

I looked at conway last year,but never commited.I just wanna drive,and stay away from the devil.I have enough saved up hatred ..

Sorry, but your wanting to drive has everything to do with the payscale if you're willing to do it for next to nothing in pay.
If companys couldn't find drivers that will work for next to nothing, the pay rate would go up or they would go out of business.
