    All that means to me, is the parent company (Conway) defines "accident" now. And not the waahoo's at the "CFI" office.

    No more, defining anything that touches your truck as an accident.

    Hit a piece of road debris, and it scratched the paint...accident.

    Bird hit your windshield...accident.

    It looks like someone with some sense FINALLY defined what an accident is.
