concerned for safety of people in Memphis .tn area

I know truck driving is not easy,& there are a lot of risk everyday drivers hit the roads to help.others receive there items.I have a big concern,& I don't know what or who to contact,& don't want to appear as a trouble maker, but I find myself thinking of innocent people that that are just going about there everyday routines,& knowing that accidents happen in a blink of an eye.with that being said, my concern is I have lot of text messages as well as inappropriate pictures that are taken during the work days the driver travels all around Memphis .tn delivering freight to malls ,& other local businesses,& some neighborhoods.The driver works for Fed Ex freight ,& I've said many times please don't text while working please don't send dirty pictures,& when he's asked he sends even more. I'm not the only one, there are several other ladies he does this too. He's asked for nude pictures to be sent & when he's told no he will send dirty pictures of his private area & will make inappropriate comments. This driver begins as soon as he's leaving the terminal &continues until he returns back to terminal.He also makes videos of his private areas& sends them to random females. Please doesn't stop him,& it seems when he's told no he will send even more. I have all the text with times & dates , as well a few other ladies has.a lot he's sent. He has stated that he's not doing anything wrong,& if he's corrected & he's told he's weird , he will then cuss,& name call very ugly names. Tired of the text ,& tired of changing my number.someone please tell me how to stop this

 

No , he brags he's been doing this for over 19 years, he thinks there's nothing wrong he will also call without using head piece .I've blocked him but he will also .gi thru Fb
