Concert Class radio...? satellite...? how to activate...????

    My husband's company just put him in a 2014 Pete. He was loving the fact that he had satellite, but bummed that it stopped today. We figured the last driver had it and then of course deactivated. The telephone number on the unit just rings once and then stops and makes a funny sound. He says it has Sirius and Concert Class written on the front, but it does not show a radio ID that Sirius recognizes.

    Does anyone know the deal with this radio? Seems like I only can find Concert Class associated with Peterbilt.

    How are you getting the Radio ID.

    Usually you can go to Sirius/XM Channel 0 that will show it.
    Also this is the Phone Number 888-601-6296

    Sirius ended free access promotion a day or two ago. He was getting a free sample of a few stations

    i got a 13 pete with the same stereo. hit the XM button, channel 1 it will give you the radio ID
