At a couple weigh stations that have the illuminated signs telling to bypass or pull in as you drive past them I have gotten a green bypass signal on my pre-pass but the roadside sign signs says to pull in.

    Which one would you obey?.

Pre pass for you, pull in for trucks not equipped.

Disagree; electronics can be off, timewise.

There was a thread on this, a while back.

@scottied67 .... don't know if it was yours or not.. believe you had a say in it?!?

No it does not! If you get the sign to go in you'd best put on your blinker!

The sign is lit for trucks not equipped with pp... If you have Pre pass and get the green your good to go.

Some states have signs telling you what to do. I've seen signs telling pre pass trucks to follow in cab signals. I think I've seen that in Washington?

Ohio does this in a few places, as well. You are correct.

That's somewhat true! However, you do not know if they hit the button for you to come in. Just like bypass arrows. If you pull into a ga scale with an oversize. They may give you the bypass arrow, but the signs says for os to scale. You best go to the scale. Can't always trust that arrow or prepass.
