Congress Finally taking a step into providing more truck parking for us!

Going through Allentown on I 78 early monday, mustve been 100 trucks parked on the eastbound shoulder, I couldnt believe it.

 

The Woodshed in Big Cabin is where I always shut down. Some good food in their restaurant.

 

Congress is not going to do dick about dick. Other than make things worse.. When has the governement ever helped this industry?

 

"We're from the government....and we're here to help"

 

That I can't deny.

 

Or anyone other than the richest of the rich for that matter?

 

78 is always a disaster. The Loves at Exit 23 is delightful!

 

Couple of us out earlier today on bikes....rode by there goin to Dunkin’ for coffee...All of us older cranky drivers...Buddy of mine said we all oughta ride next door and park in 4 fuel islands to finish our coffee

 

It’s called the new society also going cashless

 

Their definition of “safe spot” is somewhere off the interstate and nothing more. The parking will be on properties in the ghetto parts of towns because higher tax and nicer areas will not allow this in their neighborhoods. Property will also be cheaper to buy or take over for eminent domain. That’s if it passes at all.
