Up for sale is my Connex CX 4400 HP Radio

While I love this radio, it needs a new home with someone who understands radios and appreciates quality.

It has been benched, adjusted and professionally aligned. What it doesn't have is any shoddy modifications, clipped wires, swing kits or questionable work done to the board.

This radio will take the every day abuse of OTR trucking without having to worry about solder joints coming loose or the board breaking.

I have been asked countless number of times what radio I was using and got many compliments. This radio gets out, speaks clearly, receives clearly.

It has a few scratches, but nothing on the face plate to detract from its overall appearance.

    Features:

    NB (Noise Blanker)
    ANL (Automatic Noise Limiter)
    TB (Talk Back-Adjustable)
Dual Echo (Adjustable Reverb and Time)
    RB (Roger Beep)
    S-Meter
    Dual Finals
    Adjustable Power

Front Panel (See Pic for diagram)

    1. On / Off Volume Switch
    2. Squelch Control
    3. Mic-Gain
    4. RF-Gain
    5. Mode Switch
    6. Band Selector
    7. Echo
    8. Tone Control / Reverb
9 Talk Back Off / Control
    10. Channel Selector
    11. Front Panel Meter
    12. RF Power Switch (Adjustable Low, Medium, High)
    13. Band Switch
    14. Roger Beep On / Off Selector
    15. ANL / NB On / Off Switch
    16. TX/RX LED Indicator Liight
    17. Channel Display

Rear Panel (See Pic for diagram)

    1. Antenna Coax Connector (Uses standard PL-259)
    2. 3 Pin Power Connector (Uses Standard 3 pin-same as Uniden, Cobra Radios)
    3. Frequency Counter Connector (Connect your Frequency Counter here if you use one - optional)
    4. PA/Speaker Jack
    5. External Speaker Jack (4 ohms or 8 ohms)

No mic, power cord or bracket, although all of these can be easily bought at any Truck Stop or off of ebay. I used a 4 pin Astatic 636L Microphone with this setup. Same as a Cobra or Uniden 4 pin. Worked flawlessly and really compliments this radio in talk quality.

I could ask a lot more for this radio, but I'm not the greedy type and yes, I paid more for this radio than what I am selling it for.

First $150.00 gets it. The price is firm so please don't ask for a better price. I do not sell junk and stand behind what I sell.

If the ad is still up, the radio is still available. Ad will be removed once it is sold.
