CRST web-site states that medical bennies start immediately, how reasonable are the premiums for a single person? Also, their website states that a newbie earns .22 cents per mile and all miles are split, does that mean I get .22 cents for every mile the team drives, or just the miles I drive? Do they still have orientation in carlyle PA. Thanks in advance.

I forget how much the premiums are,but the medical for the first 6 months is different than after 6 months. Split miles means the total miles are split in half. If the run was 1000 miles, each gets paid for 500 miles. It doesn't matter how many of those miles you drove. There is no orientation in Carlyle.
