They made me get a passport in orientation in May 2011. Not sure if they still do this. I never even told them that I had it until maybe 6 months ago. But I'm now Canada restricted again as I surrendered my passport after dealing with customs my last trip across.

My idle percentage once hit 80%. Never said a word about it lol

How does their idling policy work? Is it similar to the others with no idling between 20 to 70 degrees and only 4 minutes idling before truck cuts off?

It was colder then 20 degrees in Massachusetts the other night an i nvr idled the truck. Bunk heater kept me nice an toasty lol

I don't know about the high end but mine will idle under 20. However I haven't needed to idle as my truck as an electric/diesel hvac. It has auto start so when I shut the truck off I set the sleeper controls and it uses the heater to also circulate engine antifreeze/coolant to keep engine warm and if really cold will fire up the truck automatically for about 20 to warm it up. And after about 10 hours or so will start and run from an hour or two to recharge batteries. I do not have an apu.

Not sure what your truck is set up with, but I have a 2012 prostar without the auto start feature. The truck will idle at 15 or below, and 85 or above. The bunk heater will run all night during a normal 10 hour break, but if they leave you sit or if you are on a 34, you will have to idle the truck to charge the batteries for your heat/ac, and the only way to do it is to sit and press in the clutch every 3 min when the shut down light comes on. I try to be pro active and idle the truck for 1 hr before going to bed and than its good for the night. When idleing I also hold the engine at 1000 rpms for a better charge, and I never run my heater fan higher than the lowest setting to help conserve the juice. Also guys will tell you that once the engine heat warms up the sensor for the temp monitor on your truck that the truck will shut down, I have not found this to be the case, if it is 15 on the monitor when I start the truck it stays running even after the temp starts to clime from the engine heat. Also if you are within the temp range that the truck will idle, than it will kick itself up to 1000 rpm and you won't have to do it with your foot for an hour
