Tour busses might be tough to start in. Your history with the limo company might help, but remember, these tour busses are commonly very high profile passengers. That means they charge money, and that means you're expected to be on time, all the time.
But it's not true that you have to go OTR to start. It's way easier to do it that way, because not everyone wants to do it, but you CAN find local jobs and get to be home every day. If you pay for your CDL classes, or go through your state to see if they'll pay for it, get your hazmat immediately, there's tons of fuel delivieries out of the Philly area, I know LandAir Express isn't far from you, there's a few Conways in the area (I think they usually start 3rd shift, but being near Philly, you want 3rd shift), the companies that contract from post offices in the area are a GREAT start if you can get in with one ($26+/hr for as long as the run is expected to take--technically paid by round trip)

Takes a special kind of marriage to survive OTR together. Love my wife, but the plain truth is she would kill me if she had to spend that much time in a roughly 640 cubic foot space with me. All y'all that make it work are amazing!
