it's not just fedex, UPS likes to park them belly side up on Elk also, then again, so does SWIFT, Werner, CRST, CR England among others

best one I ever saw was a UPS triple that did a literal interpretation of circling the wagons just past the top of Sherman, blocked all 3 lanes, you had to exit the highway and reenter the highway to get around him.
