    I was going to say texting right off. But the driver of the rear-ending truck is 68. Not the typical carelessly texting stereotype in my mind.

    I was just in that area Thursday.there are numerous parts of I 57 where the speed is reduced in the construction zones gradually from 55 down to 45 mph.
