So what is the fix? Mine does the same thing now. Sometimes the purge valve leaks and won't allow pressure to build. I have to hold my finger over the hole. Yes, it has a new purge valve, new filter, new governor, new line from compressor to air dryer, new unloader valve/piston in compressor, new treadle valve and new dash valve.

Awesome. Will do. Sometimes at 90 psi it reboots. Sometimes it gets down to 60 before it engages.

Well, after a few weeks of switching valves from one truck to another. The culprit turned out to be 1 of two final replacements. There was a leaking T connector behind the dash that connects to cab suspension switch. Then just for no particular reason, we installed another new governor on the new AD-IS dryer. Darn thing fixed the issue.
